Connect to Nature in the Greener Wilder West!

Bring your stress levels down and your happiness levels up!!

Experience the healing and restorative effects of yoga in combination with mindfulness and nature connection activities. This is an invitation to slow down, rest and reconnect with the wonderful green space around you.

We will guide you through an enjoyable hour of yoga followed by a sensory activities and meditation.

We use mindfulness meditation, movement, and ecoArt to reawaken our innate and intuitive connection to the natural world, and to ourselves.

Give yourself the gift of 90 minutes of mindful movement in nature, to reconnect, restore and recharge. Nature is the best medicine!

Please note: This program is for adults 16yrs+

Please bring:

- a yoga mat

- water bottle

We reserve the right to cancel the event in case of dangerous weather or if minimum participation numbers are not met. In these circumstances a refund will be offered.

This program is delivered by Centennial Park’s education team. Our expert educators have created a range of Nature Connection programs for the sites of Greater Sydney Parklands.

Do not attend our programs, if

You show any COVID-19 symptoms or feel unwell
You have returned a positive Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) or Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test
You have been asked to self-isolate

Please follow the NSW Health COVID-19 testing and self-isolating Health Order advice. We will refund your ticket if you or your child are not able to attend due to any of the above reasons.
