Wish there was a way to schedule stress out of your life? Ohm, yes please!
Well mark your calendars and join us for Yoga at the Barn, May 15th from 10am-2pm!

Please try as many classes as you would like. 

10am – 11am – Beginner Yoga 

Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome.

11:15am – 12pm – QiGong 5 Elements

Qigong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. People practice qigong throughout the world for recreation, exercise, relaxation, preventive medicine, self-healing, alternative medicine, meditation, self-cultivation, and training for martial arts.

12:15pm – 1:15pm – Soul Spring Flow Vinyasa Yoga

Kristin Richardson will lead a Vinyasa class which is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga.  Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike, especially with the added beats of DJ Taz Rashid.

DJ Taz Rashid mixes rhythms of Love, Ancient New World, House, Devotional, and all the cosmic sounds to perfectly compliment this Vinyasa Yoga experience.

1:30pm – 2:15pm DJ Taz Rashid Meditation 

DJ Taz Rashid brings a high vibrational energy to any room instantly by mixing the beats and rhythms of Love, Ancient New World, House, Devotional, and all the cosmic sounds.
