Event description

Join Pulse Yoga in collaboration with Moore and Moore for a soulful evening of yoga, sound, and soup in Fremantle’s stunning heritage-listed gallery.

As the nights grow longer, winter invites us inward—to slow down, restore, and reconnect with our inner fire. Through yoga, sound, and shared nourishment, we honour this seasonal energy: one of deep rest, reflection, and quiet transformation.

This immersive session blends grounding yoga, live didgeridoo, deep frequencies, and trance/electronic soundscapes—marking the launch of Yoga in the Gallery, a monthly community-rooted wellness experience in the heart of Fremantle.

✨ Event Schedule:

17:45 – Gallery opens, warm welcome, gentle arrival into the space

18:15– 19:30– Vinyasa Flow Yoga | Sound Healing | Electronic frequencies

19:30 – Breaking bread: nourishing winter soup and shared meal

20:30 – Event concludes

✨ What to bring:

Yoga Mat (or two if you like extra cushioning)

Layered Clothing – for extra comfort during sound and stillness

Water Bottle – stay hydrated and refreshed

An Intention – a word, feeling, or focus you'd like to carry into the space

Yoga means union—of body + breath, self + community, intention + action.
We’re bringing that union into the heart of Fremantle— urbanising wellness, making it accessible, creative, and inclusive.

This is yoga for everyone.
This is a movement—and you're invited.
