Every Wednesday morning, 8–9am
Get a positive start to your day. Classes will be delivered in the galleries by experienced yoga teachers and is suitable for beginners through to advanced skill levels. Please BYO yoga mat and meet in the CMAG foyer.
Yoga rejuvenates our body, calms our mind, soothes the spirit and has many wellbeing benefits. Connect your body, mind, and spirit as movement, self-reflection and art appreciation come together during a 50-minute energising yoga experience.
Enjoy refreshments in the CMAG cafe after the class and start your day feeling GREAT!
