Designed to help reset the nervous system, this practice blends soft, supportive movements with fascia release, mindful stretching, and breath awareness. Suitable for all ages and levels, the class offers a safe and welcoming space to nurture your body, calm your mind, and uplift your energy.

As we move together, you’ll be invited to connect not only with your own inner rhythm, but also with the environment, the community, and the natural world around you. Leave feeling lighter, rebalanced, and more vibrant—ready to carry that renewed energy into your day

Parts of the session may at times be in the sunlight. Please ensure you bring a hat and suitable clothing / sun protection as well as refillable water bottle for your comfort.
