Yoga in The Grounds Garden
Event description
Join us in The Grounds Garden as the sun goes down for an intimate yoga evening surrounded by an abundance of greenery, florals and fairy lights.
In a collaboration between The Grounds and Lovesweats, during this class, you will be guided through a grounding vinyasa yoga sequence followed by a mindfulness meditation exercise. After the class, you can relax or explore the beautiful garden & enjoy a selection of The Grounds speciality teas.
By being part of this experience, you are making a social impact. 100% of profits from the evening will be used to support upcoming Lovesweats community programs. You can find out more about the upcoming programs on their website.
Tickets include 1-hour yoga class, meditation session and The Grounds Tea.
The Potting Shed at The Grounds will be open and available for dinner bookings if you wish you enjoy a wholesome, post-yoga dinner, please make a reservation here.
Class timing:
6:00pm: Doors open, guests are invited to wander the gardens
6:30pm: Yoga class begins
7:30pm: Mindfulness meditation exercise

- Yoga Mats and Blocks are provided
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class and check in with our team at The Grounds Garden
- If you do wish to dine at The Potting Shed post yoga, please show your yoga voucher and our team will be able to validate 10% off your meal!
