Yoga in the Park
Part of our Wellness hub with a relaxing yoga practise to start your day.
'Umina Beach Yoga” is joining the annual festival, bringing you a 45 minute yoga class for everyone aka No previous yoga experience is required.
We will focus on the breath and gentle movements to settle the mind and get the body moving.
We offer lots of variations of poses, inviting you to follow the wisdom of your body and move in a way that feels best in that moment. Finishing with a guided relaxation so you feel refreshed, energised and blissfully relaxed. Looking forward to seeing you on your mat!
