Bring a mat and come in clothes comfortable for stretching/working out in. Bring a warmer top or blanket for the end to get nice and cozy!

I do have spare mats if you don’t have one. If it is raining heavy it will be cancelled. I have a messenger chat to stay in touch also so if you would like to join that let me know.
