A morning of yoga, nature, connection & brunch

Sunday 1 November 2026
Rosalie House Winery & Vineyard | Toowoomba Region

Fancy a little Sunday escape?

Come and join me for the very first Yoga in the Vines - a beautiful morning of movement, fresh country air, vineyard views and good food.

We'll begin with a 60-minute yoga practice amongst the vines, taking time to breathe, move and reconnect with ourselves.

Then we'll head in for a delicious brunch at Rosalie House Winery & Vineyard - because what's better than yoga followed by good food and good company?

This is more than a yoga class.

It's a little escape from the usual pace of life.

A chance to slow down.
To breathe a little deeper.
To move your body.
To spend time in nature.

Why Yoga in the Vines?

At Sparkling Soul Yoga, I believe yoga is about so much more than what happens on the mat.

Movement, breath, time in nature and human connection can all play a part in supporting our physical and mental wellbeing.

Yoga in the Vines brings these simple things together for one beautiful morning.

Come for the yoga.
Stay for the brunch.
