Join us for a peaceful evening of relaxation and rejuvenation at our Evening Yoga Session hosted by Léonie, a fellow matcha-lover, culinary artist, and yoga instructo. This mid-week session is the perfect way to reset your mind and body, focusing on mindfulness, flexibility, and tranquility.

🌸 What to Expect:

Wellness meets Matcha Girlies! We're here for a gentle, guided yoga session suitable for all levels. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or trying yoga for the first time, this event is designed to help you unwind and find your center. We'll be incorporating mindful breathing exercises to release stress and wind down your worries on a mid-week night.

This class is hosted at Léonie's beautiful apartment yoga studio. It's a perfect chance to connect with like-minded individuals in a warm, supportive environment.
