    Join me for a relaxing chilled out immersion of gentle yoga, meditation, a variety of pranayama breathwork and crystal bowl 
    sound healing. Perfect for anyone who hasn't tried yoga but has been curious about it. 

    I also provide light refreshments, yoga mats, bliss, love & always laughter. Just bring along an eye mask, water bottle and smile on your face.
