Yoga, Meditation & Sound Bath – Reconnect, Restore & Find Your Centre

Join me for a peaceful, 1.5 hour experience that combines yoga, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and a restorative sound bath. This session is designed to help you relax, reset, and reconnect to your inner self. Through a blend of mindful movement, breath practices, and the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, you’ll experience a calming journey to ease the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore balance to your body and spirit. Whether you’re new to meditation and yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class will help you unwind and create space for stillness.

Please bring any items for your added comfort (yoga mat, blanket, cushion, water, journal). Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets will be supplied, but feel free to bring your own. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Yoga and meditation are founded on the development of self-awareness, including an awareness of your physical and mental capabilities and limitations, and the rate at which those limitations can be gradually overcome through practice.

You are fully responsible for your own physical wellbeing in applying our instructions in the practice of yoga and meditation to your own circumstances, both during and outside of classes. The Whole Self provides instructions to you in the practice of yoga and meditation, strictly on that basis.

The Whole Self / Megs Williamson will not accept liability for any injury or loss suffered by you in your yoga or meditation practice, whether during or outside of classes.

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you accept responsibility for informing The Whole Self about any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or changes to your health that may affect your capacity to practice, prior to a class commencing.

You understand that you participate in yoga/meditation at your own risk and accept responsibility for any loss or injury suffered.

Contraindications:

Crystal singing bowls/sound baths are NOT RECOMMENDED in the first 12 weeks (or first trimester) if pregnant.

Crystal singing bowls should be AVOIDED if you have metal implants such as pacemakers and metal pins in your body or if you have neurological conditions such as epilepsy or Parkinson's disease. If you have pacemaker, insulin pumps, cochlear implants etc. Please seek your own medical advice before attending.

ALWAYS consult your doctor before attending a crystal singing bowl sound bath if you have any concerns.

Participants must be 15+ years and older and must be accompanied by an adult.
