Yoga, Meditation & Sound Bath – Reconnect, Restore & Find Your Centre

Join me for a peaceful, 1.5 hour experience that combines yoga, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and a restorative sound bath. This session is designed to help you relax, reset, and reconnect to your inner self. Through a blend of mindful movement, breath practices, and the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, you’ll experience a calming journey to ease the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore balance to your body and spirit. Whether you’re new to meditation and yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class will help you unwind and create space for stillness.

Please bring any items for your added comfort (yoga mat, blanket, cushion, water, journal). Yoga mats and bolsters are available, but feel free to bring your own.

The Whole Self will not accept liability for any injury or loss suffered by you in your yoga or meditation practice, whether during or outside of classes.

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you accept responsibility for informing The Whole Self about any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or changes to your health that may affect your capacity to practice, prior to a class commencing.

You understand that you participate in yoga/meditation at your own risk and accept responsibility for any loss or injury suffered.

Note that sound travels faster in water and in mental. If you are pregnant or have metal plates you may feel the sound vibrations more and may feel uncomfortable or experience a tingling sensation in the area of the mental plates. If you have pacemaker, insulin pumps, cochlear implants etc. Please seek your own medical advice before attending.
