Move It For Mental Health with Yoga
In partnership with the North Sydney Community Centre we invite you to join us for a relaxing yoga session, bringing our community together to support physical and mental wellbeing.
For a small participation fee, you can enjoy a moment of mindfulness while making a meaningful difference, with 100% of proceeds donated directly to Lifeline Australia.
To continue your wellbeing journey beyond the session, all participants will receive a goodie bag valued at up to $50.00.

Registrations for this event are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter To ensure a smooth start, we ask that all participants arrive on time for the workshop. Participants arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled commencement time will be considered a no-show, and their booking will be non-refundable.
