Retreat for a day in the most stunning setting of Springwood Yogastudio in the Adelaide Hills to nourish your heart.

On this day we’ll combine 3 powerful and very ancient practices.

YOGA (Asanas and Pranayama), MOVEMENT MEDICINE dancing and CHANTING MANTRAS.

In the morning Yoga practise we will focus on the Heart Chakra.

While having our lunch, we watch the fascinating movie : One Track Heart: the story of Krishna Das, to tune in with the Bakti Yoga path.

The afternoon starts with dancing followed by Mantra Singing.

Me (Daniela) have been practicing Yoga since 35 years, was teaching it for 20 years professionally, running a yoga studio and was singing in a Kirtan band for 15 years in Zürich. When I discovered conscious dancing, a new universe of discoveries in my body and my emotions opened up. So exciting! A new way to move and feel, to relate to life. I studied Movement Medicine at the MM school in the UK for 7 years finishing with the professional training. This training includes many Shamanistic traditions and is trauma informed.

I am very passionate about weaving this practices together in this workshop:

We will warm up the body gently with Asanas, resting in the structure, before we enter the free flowing movement, to deeply connect with the heart before chanting sacred Mantras.

No experience needed, all levels welcomed!
