A 6-week Yoga Nidra journey into deep rest, nervous system restoration, and inner connection.

In a world that rarely pauses, this course offers a dedicated space to slow down and reset. Yoga Nidra (“yogic sleep”) is a guided practice that supports deep relaxation while the mind remains gently aware.

Each session includes 15 minutes of gentle stretching and mindful movement to release tension and prepare the body, followed by a 30-minute Yoga Nidra practice for deep rest, emotional release, and inner stillness.

We close with a cup of tea and quiet space to integrate, reflect, and ease back into your day.

Over 6 weeks, this practice deepens and can support better sleep, reduced stress, emotional balance, and a greater sense of clarity and ease.
