Yoga Yin & Nidra
Event description
An hour yoga journey into deep relaxation.
We will begin with a few Yin Yoga poses, a slow-paced, meditative practice that focuses on deep stretching of the body’s connective tissues, ligaments, joints, and fascia. Poses are held for two to five minutes, allowing for a gentle release of tension.
We will then transition into Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep,". This is a state of conscious relaxation that guides you into deep rest while maintaining awareness. It involves lying in a comfortable position and following a guided meditation that takes you through various stages of body awareness, and mindfulness.
