Description
Half an hour guided Yoga Nidra session.
The intention behind the practice of Yoga Nidra is for you to experience a sleep like state where the nervous system and mind are calm and still, but you remain conscious and awake during the process.
The name Yoga Nidra is derived from two Sanskrit words means yogic sleep and describes a state where the body and mind are still and rested, however you are not asleep.
