As part of the Feast of Cultures, we’re inviting women from multicultural backgrounds to come together to relax, connect, and experience Yoga Nidra with Nina.

Nina will also share stories of Finnish culture and music. It’s an opportunity to slow down, take time for rest, and build connections with other local multicultural women.

We’ll also share a cup of tea and provide more information about the Feast of Cultures program.

Please bring: Yoga mat, light blanket & eye mask or small face towel
