Yoga Nidra is the practice of yogic sleep which invites us into the Theta state of consciousness, between wakefulness (Beta) and sleep (Delta). The practice is a guided sequence of the body that is suitable for beginner and experienced meditators, simply find a comfortable lying position and tune into the dialogue. 

Crystal bowl therapy is a transformational and therapeutic form of sound healing, allowing the body to receive true tone vibrational resonance that sounds at frequencies aligned with the chakras (energy centres of the being).
