DESCRIPTION:
Yoga Nidra (translated as ‘conscious sleep’) is a beautiful Meditation practice, while lying on your back, that guides you into total let go. It is a powerful relaxation technique that allows you to gain insight and awareness of your True Self. A guided meditation that rotates the consciousness while releasing trapped energy in the body. Leaving you feeling calm, clear and relaxed in body and mind.

THE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
Intention setting and honouring being present in the moment,
Yoga Nidra Meditation,
Deep listening and connecting to self through the breath and guided visualisation,
Sound frequencies and vibrations to elevate your meditative state.
Calm, safe and welcoming environment.
Runs for approximately one and a half hours.

VANESSA CARUSO, is a Certified Yoga Nidra Meditation Teacher and SoulNar Sound & Energy Therapist. She is also a Wellness Retreat Leader & Owner and hosts retreats and events at her property Clontopia, in CLONBINANE, VIC. www.clontopia.com.au

Vanessa has just launched The Healing Promoter which is a combination of her interests under one umbrella. Incorporating her love of sound, vibrations and frequencies, she aims to subtly guide her clients towards self-healing. Bringing awareness to how people can heal themselves on a personal level and ultimately heal the planet. She intuitively uses different sounds in her practice; instruments, Isochronic tones and Binaurial beats, her voice and aromatherapy to engage the senses.

PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE START TIME, TO SETTLE INTO THE SPACE AND START THE PRACTICE ON TIME AT 7PM.
