Yoga Nidra is a form of effortless relaxation, something we could all benefit from amidst our increasingly busy lives.

Jo will gently guide you into a yogic sleep where your body will find its natural state of equilibrium, while Lesa bathes you in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls.

This offering is designed to promote relaxation and is particularly beneficial for those struggling with a busy mind, overwhelm, anxiety, depression and sleep issues.

Please bring your yoga mat. For extra comfort you may wish to bring a thick towel or blanket to cushion the floor.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Blankets to cover you are provided.
