Yoga Nidra with Breathwork & Meditation Teacher - Michelle Sutherlanr
Join Michelle for a loving, grounding, nurturing, peaceful & beautiful Sunday afternoon - 60 mins full of all the things that will fill your cup!
We will start the afternoon off with with a grounding breathwork practice, with a personal gratitude session & card reading finishing with a yoga nidra practice (guided meditation lying on the floor) with sound bowl & lastly, writing down our intentions for the week ahead over a nice hot cup of herbal tea.
The perfect way to end the week and begin a fresh new one.
Please bring a notepad/journal pen, warm & comfy clothes, yoga mat, blanket, water bottle and eye mask if you have one.
