Yoga of Sound - Kirtan and Sound Healing Woy Woy

A warm invitation to come and immerse yourselves in the YOGA of SOUND - a field of sonic vibrations to purify, align and uplift all elements of our being.

Geeti, Gyan and Mukti , three well known and much loved Sydney based sacred musicians will be offering a beautiful evening of relaxing Naada Yoga, heart opening KIRTAN and will conclude with a blissful sound bath.

Ancient mantras come alive especially when they are collectively chanted with heart and intention with rhythm and music. This will be an accessible and soul touching evening that will open our hearts, our voices and receptivity to receive deeply from the healing and nourishing sound Bath.

"A mantra is a combination of sounds that has the power to free you from the notion of separateness by which your mind has been held captive all along. It is through this sound that one penetrates into Silence’ Anandamayi Ma.

This two and half hour program will be a beautiful opportunity to let go of any stresses of the week and set you up for a relaxed and in tune weekend.

This trio will have your heart and cells singing with a unique combination of alchemy crystal bowls, hangs, gongs, medicine drum, Tibetan bowls, chimes, guitar, harmonium, flute and voice.

No previous experience is required.

Gyanananda and Mignon Mukti are also accomplished singer song writers and will be weaving in some of their sacred songs into the evening as well. Mignon has just released her third album,
‘Resonance of the Divine Mother’, now available on band camp and Spotify. Geeti and Gyan were presenters at the recent Ekam Yoga festival.
