With the tranquil views of Encounter Marine Park from the lawn of the Kangaroo Island Yacht Club, Phillipa will guide you through 75 minutes of gentle poses, breathwork, and meditation. This outdoor experience provides the perfect opportunity to reconnect with nature and yourself, leaving you feeling relaxed, uplifted and renewed. The session will be suitable for beginners.

ACCESSIBILITY:

This event will take place outdoors on the lawn at the Kangaroo Island Yacht Club, which is easily accessed from a gravel carpark via a few steps or a short gravel path with a small decline. Accessible toilets are available nearby in several locations within the Kingscote township.

WHO IS THE EVENT FOR:

The minimum age requirement for this event is 12 years old. Children must be accompanied by a supervising adult. This session will be suitable for beginners.

WHAT TO BRING:

Yoga mat, blanket, or towel
Drinking water for after the session
Clothing suitable for yoga (loose fitting or stretch fabric clothing)
Sun protection
Insect repellent
