Greet the day with a beautiful guided yoga session with local instructor Emily Pont. Meet out from the Bay St Stage at Byron Foreshore for a session held just after sunrise.

Parking made easy
If you're driving in, all-day parking is available at the Cavanbah Centre for just $10, with a free shuttle bus running park-and-ride into the festival precinct — so you can enjoy everything else Byron has to offer for the rest of your day too. Buses start from 7:00am -- see the timetable here.

What to bring
For the yoga session, please come prepared with:

Warm clothes to layer up in before and after class
A towel (and swimwear if you'd like an ocean dip afterwards!)
A drink bottle
Your own yoga mat

Please have your Humanitix ticket ready to be scanned upon arrival at the venue.

Meet from 7:15am at Bay St Stage, Byron Bay Foreshore -- see the Festival precinct map here. As this is an early, beachside start, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes beforehand to find parking (or get the shuttle), settle in, and find your spot on the sand.
