The Yoga Pyjama Party

The Yoga Pyjama Party is an invitation to slow down, soften and get comfortable.

Comfortable in your clothes (yes, pyjamas are absolutely welcome), comfortable with supportive props, and most importantly, comfortable simply being you.

Together we'll move through a deeply restorative practice, with plenty of options to suit your body on the day. You might enjoy gentle movement and supported yin-inspired shapes, or you may choose to spend the entire experience resting quietly in meditation, wrapped in blankets as the live soundscape washes over you.

There is no right way to experience this practice—only your way.

Throughout the session, live-looped vocals and immersive sound build into a nourishing sound bath designed to help your nervous system settle. The human voice has a unique ability to soothe and connect us, creating a sense of warmth, safety and belonging that words alone can't describe.

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, this is your permission to do less.

To pause.

To breathe.

To rest.

You'll leave feeling grounded, nourished and ready to head home, snuggle up and enjoy the deepest sleep you've had in a long time.

After the practice we'll share seasonal fruit, homemade chai with plant milk and a selection of delicious sweet treats, giving everyone time to connect before returning to the rest of their Sunday.

Location & Time

We'll be gathering at The Dharma House, Mudgeeraba—a beautiful upstairs studio tucked away from the bustle below, with an immersive acoustic space that perfectly complements this experience.

Sunday, 13th September

10:30am–12:00pm

Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in, choose your favourite spot and ease into the morning. Plenty of parking is available throughout the shopping precinct.

All mats, bolsters, and props are provided, though blankets are limited - please bring your own if you have space or email me to save you one. You're warmly invited to bring your own favourite comforts too—blankets, pillows, doonas, cosy socks or even a beloved soft toy.

A limited number of Bring a Friend Free tickets are available, because experiences like this are even more special when shared with someone you love.

Hi, I'm Eva Michelle, founder of The Yoga Pyjama Party, yoga educator, musician and creator of immersive wellbeing experiences that invite people to slow down, soften and reconnect with themselves.

With over a decade of teaching experience and a lifetime immersed in music, I weave together yoga, breathwork, meditation, vocal toning and live-looped soundscapes to create spaces where the nervous system can settle and the body can truly rest.

These are practices that have profoundly shaped my own life. Through them I've discovered greater ease, resilience and freedom, and it's my joy to share the tools that have helped me navigate the beautifully complex experience of being human.

In a world that often celebrates busyness over balance, I believe rest is something we deserve, not something we have to earn. My intention is to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel supported to pause, breathe and simply be.

Come as you are, let yourself be held, and allow this cocoon-like experience to guide you towards deep rest, reset and bliss.
