🌿 Reflect & Connect Yoga is back this Spring in Manly!

Starting 10th September, join me twice a week for grounding outdoor classes by the water in Manly.

These classes aren’t your usual yoga class! Each session incorporates 3 elements:
✨ Vinyasa yoga flow to connect with your body and create spaciousness and balance from within
✨ Guided meditation to connect with your true self on a deeper level, feel calm, and set yourself up for the day ahead
✨ Journaling prompts to set intentions for the day, reflect on the topic of the class and build new healthy habits

And if you’d love to connect more with like-minded people, stay after class for a coffee or even a refreshing swim! 🏖️

The details:

📍 Little Manly Point Park (if it rains classes will be livestreamed)
🗓 Wednesdays 6:30–7:30am
🗓 Fridays 7:00–8:00am
