Join us for a transformative Music and Yoga Afternoon!

The afternoon starts off with a mindful yoga and breathwork practice led by Stace.

This practice is designed to help you release tension throughout the body and clear your mind empowering you to drop deep into your authentic self and the present moment.

Then we will move into slower holds and stretches, to release anything that’s no longer serving you and float deep into meditation.

Blissfully serenaded by the incredible Joydah Mae.

Awakening back up from our meditation to the soulful sounds of more music by Joydah Mae.

If you’ve ever seen Joydah before, you’ll know this is truly not to be missed.

Joydah’s music takes you on a journey, it’s extremely powerful.

Her voice vibrates through your whole body and she really knows how to bring a group together.

Make sure you also grab the sauna and ice bath ticket for after the music & movement.
