2025 is almost upon us and it's time to reflect and set our intentions for the year ahead.

Start the year off on the right foot with the intention to honour your mind, body and soul. We begin with 30 minutes of slow flow, moving through stretchy poses to loosen tension and stress from the body. Poses are accessible to all levels and props and assistance are provided.

We then sink into the savasana of our dreams, a chance to rest and meditate, visualising our dreams and goals are we're supported and guided by the healing sound of the crystal and Tibetan bowls and chimes.

After this and some optional journalling, we join together to connect with like-minded souls through facilitated connection over the activity of creating our vision boards for the year ahead. All equipment will be provided and you will get to leave feeling relaxed, connected with yourself and with a vision board to keep you focused and motivated for the year ahead.
