Yoga Sport Class_List of postures

This class is suitable for all levels and covers all aspects of the spine: forward bends, backward bends, tractions and twists. 

Yoga Sport Classes include a couple of lifts and one inversion: shoulder stand. 

We start off with pranayama breathing, followed by warm up postures and then we get into the yoga asana drills sequence.

We finish off with a cool-down and breathing exercise at the end.
