Whether you’re completely new to meditation or have an established practice, this event offers a welcoming space to pause, breathe, and simply be. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply restored.

Yoga Stillness Within — guided practice exploring how mindfulness and movement improve focus, mood and resilience during the working day.

Keynote: Managing Burnout at Work — an expert speaker on spotting the signs of burnout and building sustainable habits, for yourself and your business.

Coffee Rave — an early jolt of energy: good coffee, good music, a proper wake-up call.

Cuddle Farm — meet and connect with farm animals for a moment of pure, simple calm

The Salad Bar — mindful gardening to slow down, connect with nature and recharge.
