Welcome to a relaxing end of week event you can share with your teens and tweens. Lets unwind with a gentle session of  breath work yoga and meditation at Nailsworth community Hall. 

Join us at Nailsworth Community Hall for a rejuvenating yoga offering.This in-person event is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Mum you can bring your tween or teen along for session together , ( ages 10 years plus in supervision of mum , grand mum, supervising adult at all times) and they attend for free! Stretch, breathe and meditate into bliss. This Perfect Sunday relaxation offering. 

What do we do? we start with a welcome, breathing and warm up exercises, gentle flow of yoga postures, as we relax into gentle meditation. A soothing cup of warm herbal tea and chat afterwards as we build gentle connections and community. Modifications are on offer with every posture, relax this is not an exercise class, it is a breathing. moving meditating yoga class. Lets build self esteem self worth, self confidence.

What do I bring, ? you, your perfect! a blanket or towel and a water bottle, relaxed clothing if you have a mat feel free to bring this along or you can borrow one of mine. If laying or sitting on the floor is not your style we can provide a chair and modifications.

Parking? onsight or street parking.

What to wear ?

Something relaxed you can move in, something to cover your feet . Pjs and hoodies are all great too.

Who Is yoga spot with dot?

Hello, my name is Dorothy , I have a 200 hour Yoga Australia teaching registration, and 110 hour meditation and mindfulness  training, and just on 70 hours of children's yoga training. I've been in children's education since 1993. I have a working with children's clearance NDIS clearance, and working with vunerable peoples check. I am passionate about bringing yoga to the community in an affordable and safe way. The practice of yoga and meditation is a culturally rich , spiritual ancient practice, it is not a religious one your beliefs are respected. We respect the Kaurna land on which this offering is practiced and all people who reside yesterday, today and tomorrow, on this beautiful space
