Join us for a blissful morning of yoga with our experienced instructor, Amy, at The Wardian. Set your intention for the day as you flow through a series of gentle yet invigorating yoga poses that will help you to connect with your mind, body, and breath. This yoga class is perfect for all levels, whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner looking to try something new.
The serene ambiance of The Wardian will provide the perfect backdrop for this yoga class, allowing you to unwind and fully immerse yourself in the practice. As you move through each pose, you will be guided by Amy's soothing voice and expert cues, helping you to deepen your practice and find your inner calm.
These yoga classes are scheduled May 27th to September 16th from 9am-10am, so mark your calendars and come start your day off right with us. Don't forget to bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. We can't wait to see you there
