Join us for the next 10 week program of Therapeutic Yoga in Wardell on Monday nights from 6pm-7pm at Wardell CORE's Rainbow Room.

Perfect for anyone of all ages, stages and abilities, this program will be individually tailored for your wants and needs

"Yoga Therapy" includes a range of therapeutic movements that are good for healthy joints, organ health, healthy lower backs and improving sleep.

Wardell CORE are continuing to subsidise this fantastic program and offer access for just $7.50 per class = $75 for the ten week series.

Our practitioner Maxime is a local Yoga Therapy specialist with a desire to provide a yoga class that offers you an understanding of how trauma affects your body and of how different practices can support you with working through trauma in a somatic way.

What to bring :

Bring a bottle of water, wear comfortable clothes, you can bring your own mat if you have one or we will have enough mats for anyone who needs one.
