Join us for the next 10 week program of Therapeutic Yoga in Wardell on Monday nights from 6pm-7pm at the Wardell Hall

Perfect for anyone of all ages, stages and abilities, this program will be individually tailored for your wants and needs

"Yoga Therapy" includes a range of therapeutic movements that are good for healthy joints, organ health, healthy lower backs and improving sleep.

Valued at over $200 with the support of Northern Rivers Community Foundation and Wardell CORE we are able to offer access to our community for just $5 per class = $50 for the ten week series.

Our practitioner Maxime is a local Yoga Therapy specialist with a desire to provide a yoga class that offers you an understanding of how trauma affects your body and of how different practices can support you with working through trauma in a somatic way.

What to bring :

Bring a bottle of water, wear comfortable clothes, you can bring your own mat if you have one or we will have enough mats for anyone who needs one.
