We’ll move through a seasonal flow — Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter — exploring how each phase mirrors the shifts in your energy, emotions, and inner world.
This space is for reflection, movement, rest, and reconnection — with yourself, with nature, and with a more intuitive rhythm of living. You’ll walk away with practices and tools you can actually use in daily life to support your cycle, energy, and self-care.
