Yoga Walks bring together the multi-dimensional benefits of being in nature, walking, gentle movement, breath work and mindfulness.
Enjoy a guided walk integrated with standing and seated yoga poses and incorporating breath and mindfulness practices. Invite silent contemplation and reflection. Learn more about First Nations’ connection to Country and “junga- ngarraanga miinggi” (hearing, listening, learning, feeling, thinking, understanding).
Yoga Walks are 60 minutes in duration, suitable for all and ideal for seniors. If participants have mobility issues, walks can be adapted to meet their needs.
