Come along with The Chapter House as we give gratitude to our bodies through the art of yoga. Analisa Rockbridge will lead us through our practice in TCH’s studio space.

Dress comfortably and please bring your own yoga mat/supplies, if you have them. TCH has a limited number of mats for registrants.

This event is for ALL levels. We encourage everyone to go at their own pace.

🕰This event will start promptly at 9:30am, so please arrive on time. If you are no longer able to attend this event, please reach out to info@thechapterhouse.org, so that we may open your spot to another community member.

💧BYOWB: Bring Your Own Water Bottle! Water will be provided for refills.
