Come join me for a collection of weekly yoga flows at Tompkins Park in Applecross. Rotating between fiery Vinyasa, restorative Yin and a range of different yoga styles - come enjoy the beautiful practice of yoga in this beautiful location by the river.

No matter your age, experience, lifestyle, or circumstance - I would love to hold this space for you ❤️ All you need is yourself and a mat (please reach out if you'd like to borrow one!)
