Yoga With Baby is designed just for new parents who want to reconnect to their body, mind & spirit - as well as connect to their new baby - in gentle, nourishing & supportive classes.

Ideal for mums with babies from 6 weeks up to the crawling stage, these classes are designed to help you gently and safely return to your yoga practice, with no pressure if bub needs attention during class. In these classes, you may also find connection with other mamas, understanding your changing body, pelvic floor recovery, support for your motherhood journey, and perhaps some much needed relaxation.

Whether this is your first baby or fourth, motherhood can often come with different challenges. These classes are here to support you in your season of new motherhood. If you have any concerns or questions before joining, please feel free to reach out.

Weekly 60-minute classes, 10am Mondays, starting October 12th 2026.

All props provided. Please wear comfortable clothes, and bring anything else that will make the experience for you and baby more comfortable.

I know motherhood doesn't always go to plan, so my refund policy is flexible. Refunds/exchanges available up to 24 hours prior to the event, with make-up classes available.
