Are you interested in joining a group of like-minded individuals to explore the principles of Yin Yoga?
Over the weeks, you will gain an understanding of Yin Yoga and its impact on the body. Each class will explore:
- Breathing techniques to support stillness
- Poses that target the body's connective tissues
- Meridian channels and the five elements (Earth, Water, Metal, Wood & Fire)
Yin Yoga promotes balance, enhances flexibility, and improves mobility by working deeply into the body. This class is open to all levels—whether you're new to Yin or looking to refine your practice, you’ll receive guidance suited to your needs.

Are you looking for a structured, aligned approach to yoga? Abhyasa (Uhb-yah-sa), meaning "Practice" or "Repeated Effort," offers a set sequence designed to help you ground, align, and breathe through each posture.
Like traditional styles of yoga, this class follows the same sequence each week, allowing you to:
- Refine alignment and deepen breath awareness
- Cultivate consistency and build confidence in your practice
- Adapt the flow to suit your energy—whether strong, gentle, or meditative
