A dedicated space to meet yourself exactly as you are. To tune into your breath, reconnect with your body and mind, and move with intention.

We’ll flow through a mindful practice designed to build strength, resilience and a deeper sense of connection within.

Bring a yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle. Take a breath, and give yourself an hour to simply be.
