About Jess Bennett:
Jess has been practicing yoga for nearly ten years. Coming from a background in dance, yoga slowly transformed from being a purely physical practice to something that Jess has integrated into her life both on and off the mat. In 2022 she completed her 200hr YTT with Flow Space in Perth, and in 2023 she returned home to her roots on the Central Coast, where she has established a small community of like minded-people through teaching yoga classes. Jess’ main intention when teaching yoga is to encourage her students to develop a deeper understanding of their mind and bodies- taking time to sink into the present moment in a world that constantly tells us that our minds need to be elsewhere.
