All equipment is provided, but please bring your own yoga mat if you do have one.

About the Instructor: Kate brings over 20 years of experience in yoga, specialising in Tantra-based practices that focus on self-exploration, self-understanding, and ultimately, self-acceptance and self-love through the art of embodiment. Her unique approach to yoga is a fluid, meditative dance that helps students connect deeply with their inner selves and express their emotions through movement.

In these sessions, Kate offers a transformative experience that honours each individual's body exactly as it is, fostering a deep connection to one's innate body wisdom. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a complete beginner, these classes offer something for everyone. Join us on a journey to discover your own uniqueness through the art of embodiment.
