Daphne Luke - Instructor

Daphne Luke has been teaching vinyasa and yin yoga in NZ for 20 years. She is a senior teacher under Paul Grilley, the founder of yin yoga. She divides her time between teaching public & private classes and training new teachers in yin yoga. In her classes you will get lots of options, humour and light hearted fun. Every body is different and Daphne teaches functionally without alignment or rigid rules, honouring your unique skeletal variation. All can be accommodated in her class from beginner to long time students.
