SLOW FLOW YOGA ~
you will practice your Yoga poses in a slow flow.
The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in your body & mind.
We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath.
Practicing slow flow Yoga will improve your flexibility and strength.
The asana and poses stretch the body, muscle, and soft tissues i.e. the tendons, ligaments, etc. When you are working out at a stretch, you can store lactic acid on the muscles.

This yoga prevents lactic acid build-up in muscles.

We end our Yoga practice with a RESTORATIVE / YIN YOGA part.
It is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body.
Let go of the day - relax - unwind and recharge.

I am looking forward to guide you in the beautiful room of Miami, Surf Club next to the ocean.

Namaste & much love,

Marlene xx
