Class Description: Gentle Hatha Yoga with Pippa
Join Pippa for soothing hatha yoga sessions designed for all levels. Each class begins with pranayama (breathwork) and gently transitions into calming asanas (physical postures), concluding with a 10-minute meditation.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or trying yoga for the first time, everyone is welcome! Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and water bottle. If you need to borrow any items (mat, blanket, or pillow), feel free to email me at inspiritholisticservices@gmail.com before the class.

**About the Instructor:**
Pippa completed her 350-hour Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 and has taught yoga for charity, community groups, and NDIS clients for over five years.

Join us at Goombungee Hall as part of the Toowoomba Regional Council's Change Project. The cost is $5 per person per session. **Advance booking is required through Humanitix online—please note we cannot accept payments at the door.**
