Yoga with Pippa at Goombungee Hall


Event description

Join Pippa in gentle hatha style yoga sessions.

We will begin with pranayama, breathwork, then move into gentle asanas, physical postures. 

We will finish with a 10 minute meditation.

Benefits of Yoga include:

- Reduced anxiety and stress

- Increased flexibility

- Improved range of motion, balance and strength

- Decrease blood pressure

If you've ever tried yoga, are experienced or you are new to the practice, everyone is welcome.

Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket and water bottle.

If you would like to borrow any items (Mat, blanket or pillow) please send me a message at inspiritholisticservices@gmail.com. Or alternatively let me know on the day. I will have 2 sets of spares each session, first come first served.

Pippa has completed her 350hr Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training in 2019. She has taught Yoga for Charity (Live Life Get Active), for community groups and also for NDIS clients, for the past 5 years.

Bookings are preferred, please make your booking with Humanitix.
