I encourage you to embrace the colour associated with the chakra of each week - think clothing, jewellery, scarf/blanket, crystals, foraged flowers, etc. Something small, something special. ✨

Please bring your own mat. A block, cushion or blanket is encouraged if you have them.

Please arrive early to get settled.

These classes are free and there is absolutely no expecation of koha.

However if you would like to contribute in any way, there will be a basket to place your offering.

04.06. MULADHARA . ROOT
The first of the seven main chakras, located in the base of our spine.
Exploring the importance of having a stable foundation in your practice as well as daily life.

11.06. SVADHISHTHANA . SACRAL

The second of the seven main chakras, located below the navel.
Move with the full moon and the emotional body with a beautiful hip opening sequence.

16.06. MANIPURA . SOLAR PLEXUS

The third of the seven main chakras, located between the navel and breastbone.
Start your week with a solar-powered flow that'll leave you feeling confident and inspired for the week ahead.

25.06. ANAHATA . HEART

The fourth of the seven main chakras, located in the centre of our chest.
Taking it down a notch with a slower paced sequence incorportating heart opening asanas that embrace self love, compassion & kindness.

02.07. VISHUDDHA . THROAT

The fifth of the seven main chakras, located at the base of the throat.
This class will incorporate a mix of pranayama, throat-opening asanas and chanting, encouraging creativity & self-expression.

09.07. AJNA . THIRD EYE

The sixth of the seven main chakras, located between the eyebrows.
A more meditative and intuitive flow, inviting you to trust your inner guide. There will be an opportunity to explore the foundations for inversions if this speaks to you.

17.07. SAHASRARA . CROWN

The last (but definietly not least) of the seven chakras, located on & above the top of the head.
Broadening our awareness through balancing pranayama, meditation and the opportunity to practice inversions.
